Two bedroom apartment Luciana with garden and view

This lovely ground floor apartment Luciana (46m2) is located in a quiet and low trafic neighborhood.

It consist of one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, kitchen, dining/living room with sofa bed for 1 person, bathroom with shower and sunny terrace with garden and sea view.

Apartment is also equiped with air conditioning( free) , TV-SAT,WIFI, washing machine.


Parking near the house.


Price includes:

Eletricity, gas, water, air condition, towels (2 per person),bedlinen, kitchenware, internet(WIFI),toilet paper, final cleaning.

Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.


Although it is not very far from the sea (800m) due to its hilly location I would recommend using a car for few minutes to get to the parking place near the beaches.


Distances:Sea/beach 800 m, Restaurant 600m, City center 700 m, local bus stop 500 m, main bus station in Labin (5km), train 60 km, 

ferry 25km ( Brestova),airport 45 km ( Pula) and 95 km ( Rijeka).

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
