Cosy two-room holiday accommodation for 4 persons, located in Lazise, only 700 metres from the town centre and 900 metres from the beach. The appartment is located in a small and quiet residential context that consists of only 8 flats and has a beautiful swimming pool with solarium area (guaranteed opening period 01/06-15/09).
The flat Arcobaleno is approx. 45 sqm and is composed of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette with gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate up to two children or one adult. Sat-TV (no German channels) and wifi are available for guests. The living area overlooks a covered terrace, equipped with awning, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining overlooking the pool. A comfortable bathroom on the ground floor has a shower box and washing machine. There is also a second terrace on the back yard, with a lounge sofa and barbecue area. On the basement floor there is a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and adjoining bathroom with shower box. A convenient parking space in the private garage (height 1.95mt - width 2.30mt - length 4.80mt) with direct access to the flat is available for guests. Pets allowed on request. Non-smoking flat.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.
