The completely renovated and newly furnished 3.5-room flat offers space for 4 people. A 5 person is possible on request and will be charged extra.

It consists of a bright, friendly living-dining room with an open and well-equipped kitchen. The sofa set and the Smart TV complete the living room.

The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x200) and is equipped with a wardrobe. The bedroom leads directly to the bathroom.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have direct access to the spacious balcony. This invites you to linger with the dining table with 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs. 

Furthermore, the flat offers two bathrooms, the first one has a shower/tub and WC, and the second one has a shower and WC. In addition, the flat has a washing machine in the bathroom.
There is a reserved parking space in the underground garage.

The quiet yet central location of the flat lives up to its name La Palma as it offers a great view of the palm garden. The modern Lido di Locarno with various swimming pools, lake access, spa & wellness is only 700m away. 

Directly on the street is a bike rental station, and a bus stop is 200m away and takes you in 4 minutes to the inner city with the famous Piazza Grande.
