Farmhouse Appartements Mühlbichl

Our newly built farm Mühlbichl is situated on a hill close to the centre of the village, in a very sunny and quiet location in front of the beautiful backdrop of the Wilder Kaiser. The centre of the village and the first shopping facilities are only a 5-minute walk away. Nestled in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains - the Wilder Kaiser, the Hohe Salve and the Pölvengebirge - our farm is a central starting point for numerous hiking possibilities. And also in winter, it is possible to use the ski bus directly at our house entrance and thus enjoy a relaxing car-free skiing holiday.

Our farm has a lot to offer for our little guests in summer and winter. We run a grass-fed dairy farm with a free stall barn and our own calf rearing. Watching our daily necessary work on our farm puts many a child's eyes in awe. Goats, cats and chickens round off our animal entertainment on the farm. They are happy to be petted.

When you arrive at the farm, there are designated parking spaces next to the entrance to our appartments. Where you will find a spacious lockable ski room with ski boot dryer, coat rack, ski holders and bench. This is also possible in summer for hiking boots, bicycles, e-bikes for loading and locking. In the entrance area on the ground floor, information material of all kinds awaits you in an old box. A toilet and the entrance to our lift.

Our flats can be reached via our spacious, bright staircase, which is decorated with old objects. Or simply take the comfortable passenger lift. From there you enter our appartment Kaiserstadl and Dorfstadl. Both are furnished with great attention to detail and offer a relaxing holiday in a cosy ambience. In other words, an ideal place for young and old to switch off from everyday life, enjoy the peace and quiet and experience the most beautiful days of the year.



Our Appartment Dorfstadl is located on the 2nd floor of our newly built house. As the name suggests, the flat is located on one side of the house with a beautiful view of our village centre Söll, so to speak above the roofs of Söll.

In this appartment you can enjoy the beautiful sunset behind the beautiful village scenery.
It offers spacious space on approx. 70 m2, for demands of all kinds. In the entrance area there is a spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage space. From there you enter the bathroom, which is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a natural wood washbasin with towel dryer.

From the entrance area you enter the kitchen with a beautiful view of the village, an ideal opportunity to conjure up the best dishes on the table and enjoy the wonderful view at the same time.

The centrepiece of the appartment is the large dining table which invites you to enjoy and linger. At the back of the living room is the cosy corner. A generous corner sofa with cushions and blankets simply invites you to relax.
From there you can reach the two bedrooms. Both are equipped with real wood double beds or a three-bed system and wardrobes.
Natural materials such as wood and stone were used a lot in our house to achieve a certain cosiness.
