Lage im Grünen, nahe dem Naturschutzgebiet Weißachauen und an den Rad- und Wanderwegen. Nur wenige Minuten zur Bergbahn, zu Tennisplätzen, Rodelbahn, Loipen und zur Bushaltestelle  -  1 km bis zum Ort und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.




Das behagliche Haus liegt, von Wiesen umgeben, am Fuße des Wallbergs, in ruhiger sonniger Lage. Sehr gepflegte Wohnungen im Landhausstil (2013 neu renoviert), Sat-TV und W-LAN. Freie Balkonblicke nach Süden und Osten zu den Bergen. Großer, schöner Garten zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Fahrradgarage, Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. 3 Min. zur Bushaltestelle und ins Naturschutzgebiet , 10 Min. zur Bergbahn. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Mountainbiker, Gleitschirmflieger (5 Min. zum Landeplatz), Langläufer, Rodler (Deutschlands längste Rodelbahn mit 6,5 km vom Wallberg).
