The cozy and tastefully furnished wooden holiday home is located close to the water and offers you a magnificent view over the countryside. Through the huge panoramic windows, which extend from the floor to the roof, the view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape. At any time of the year, after long days in nature, you can make yourself comfortable in the beautifully furnished living room on the first floor. When the temperatures drop, there's nothing cozier than reading a book in front of the crackling fireplace or cooking with the family or playing board games.
Thanks to the high ceilings and the open gallery on the 1st floor, the house is particularly bright and inviting. Here you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.
In your own garden or on the open terrace you can enjoy the sun and the fresh air. Spend sociable evenings on the terrace, make yourself comfortable on the garden furniture or barbecue and make plans for your excursions on vacation. In the winter months, the electric sauna, located next to the cottage, invites you to relax and feel good.

The harbor village Zerpenschleuse offers you an ideal starting point for a vacation in the idyllic and green north of Brandenburg all year round. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses, which stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal. There, you as an angler will also get your money's worth and can put your fishing experience to the test. Surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve, where you can relax as a nature lover and peace seeker!
