This apartment was originally a 2-bedroom apartment that was remodeled into a 1-bedroom apartment with a dining room that previously did not exist.

The kitchen is offset of the dining room, so everything flows, and meals are easily cooked and served with no hassle.

At the apartment we recycle so be prepared to use our 4-tier garbage separation available in the kitchen.

In the living room there is a workspace with outlet, table, and chair. 300Mbps 5th generation internet is available throughout the apartment.

The apartment sits on the 1st floor of a 5-story building and has is served by elevator and a wide staircase.
