The whole house is oriented towards a centenary oak grove, the outdoor areas have been designed to offer you calm, relaxation and conviviality. On the suspended terrace, vineyard atmosphere for tastings gaillacoises (or not) while enjoying the view of the private pool (heated and secure, 7.5mx3.5m, 1.40m depth) and the garden (enclosed). On the garden level, you will appreciate the pink reflection of the briquettes, the refreshing shade of the forest and the sweet melody of the «Rabistau» flowing below.

Cottage on three levels, living room on the ground floor, new and fully equipped kitchen, laundry, toilet and a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilet on the floor. Sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning included.

The Patis is the ideal place to discover the thousand-year-old vineyard of Gaillacois, visit the magnificent bastides of the Southwest, stroll through markets for aperitifs and concerts or let yourself be told, here and there, some Cathar epics.

Lisle-sur-Tarn is THE unmissable bastide in more ways than one!
It is first of all, in all likelihood the first Bastide, founded shortly after 1229) and its place to the cutlery is the largest in the Southwest. It is also the only Bastide – port, testimony of a prosperous economic past where Pastel and wine transited through the merchant city.
From its glorious past, Lisle sur Tarn has preserved its buildings with so particular architecture, some connected by "pountets", and of course ... the know-how of its winemakers! The Patis is located in the heart of the historic centre, less than 200 metres from Place aux Arcades, its Dominical market, restaurants and summer concerts. From the cottage you can walk in less than 10 minutes to the Lake, its fishermen and its area
