The beautiful cottage of Barraques will welcome family and friends throughout the year, with a beautiful equipment and a sought after decoration. Beautiful pool overlooking a valley, huge covered terrace with garden furniture, pergola, plancha, barbecue, large garden and bowling alley. Pool opening from 15 April to 30 September (electric shutter).

Games room accessible from the outdoor terrace where the pool is located with: billiards, table football, electonic darts...

- Ground floor: living room with living room as well as fireplace and TV, open kitchen with complete household appliances, up to the household robots for those who want to cook during the holidays! Still on the ground floor, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet:
- Bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm bed.
- Bedroom 2 with two beds for 1 person, one in 120x190cm and the second bed in 90x190cm.

- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath, wc:
- Bedroom 3: one bed 140x190cm
- Bedroom 4 and 5 each composed of a bed 180x200cm and a bed 90x190cm

Laundry room with large freezer, ice machine, washing machine and dryer.

Everything is included for a carefree holiday: sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning service, and even towels for the pool!

Possibility to rent a reception room with kitchen of 173m² for up to 130 guests. Large room with stones and beams ideal for weddings, birthdays, seminars... Room rental to see with the owners, not included in the rental of the cottage.

Tourist attractions: between Castres and Lautrec, the countryside is green, yellow, undulating, alternating fields of wheat and sunflower. The Black Mountain on the horizon, here, time seems suspended during the holidays. Scattered throughout the landscape, old farmhouses with stone walls are surrounded by fields. The cottage is close to Lautrec and its mill, in Pays de Cocagne.

The gîte des Barraques is peaceful and guarantees total tranquility. Renovated with a lot of care, it feels good, the house is very warm, the decor harmonious, a lot of objects searched patiently, and a high quality of facilities.
