Magnificent 18th century house on the banks of the Tarn, tastefully restored and furnished. Very beautiful landscaped garden along the river, private banks with the possibility of fishing and private swimming pool.

Halfway between Albi and Gaillac, it is a true haven of peace and tranquility, nestled on the banks of the Tarn. There you will find on the banks of the Tarn, in a park, 3 very comfortable gîtes: La maison d'Émilie for 6 people, the Maison à Colombages for 4, old mansions completely restored. La Grange d'Émilie which accommodates 2 people, adjoining La maison d'Émilie (possibility of renting them together).

** THE GITE **

Access to La maison d'Emilie from a dead end which only serves the 3 gîtes with its private parking.

- Ground floor: entrance, family kitchen with dining table, large living room with lounge and TV, separate toilet and pantry with washing machine.
    * Kitchen equipped with filter coffee maker and Nespresso® coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, cooktop with oven and dishwasher.

- Upstairs: three bedrooms, an independent bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sink. Independent toilet.
    * Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed and child’s bed
    * Bedroom 2: a 90cm bed and a second 110cm single bed. This bedroom can communicate with the first
    * Bedroom 3: 160 cm bed and in an alcove closed with curtains, 160 cm bed. Bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and sink.

Exteriors: terrace accessible from the kitchen and large private garden with direct access to the river with a special area for fishing. The private swimming pool at the gîte measures 9x5m with stairs, descending depth of 1.20 to 1.90m, accessible all year round.

Complete baby equipment: changing mat, cot, child's bed, baby bath and baby high chair.
Émilie's house is adjoining the Grange d'Émilie gîte for 2 people. Access to the latter is via the same entrance as La maison d'Emilie but the exteriors of each gîte are independent and not overlooked. You can rent both gîtes simultaneously to comfortably accommodate 8 people.

FISHING GITE: accommodation classified by the National Fishing Federation in France. Carp and catfish spot with bait tray. Small cabin at the water's edge to store your fishing equipment. Possibility of leaving your boat trailer safe (gîte located in a dead end) + possibility of mooring your boat near the fishing spot.
