Halfway between Albi and Gaillac, you are in a haven of peace and tranquility, nestled on the banks of the Tarn. There you will find on the banks of the Tarn, in a park, three very comfortable lodgings: the Maison d'Émilie for 6 people, the Half-timbered House for 4, old mansions completely restored.

La Grange d'Émilie, the smallest of the three gîtes, accommodates 2 people, adjoining La maison d'Émilie - reference G667 on Gîtes de France (possibility of renting them together). Careful decoration, refined atmosphere, highlighting heritage elements that have spanned the ages, recognized by the region with the designation Gîtes Art de vivre in our country residences.

** THE GITE **

This small gîte has been set up in the old 18th century barn, adjoining La maison d'Émilie. The two gîtes can therefore be rented together to comfortably accommodate 8 people. Access to La Grange d'Emilie is via the same entrance as La maison d'Emilie, but the exteriors of each gîte are independent and not overlooked.

- Ground floor: a single living room with open fitted kitchen, lounge area with sofa and TV. Open living room with a large bay window (after two steps) opening onto the terrace with outdoor dining table and deckchair for lounging in the sun.
   * Kitchen equipped with a filter coffee maker, Senseo® coffee maker and Nespresso® coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, gas stove with oven, small dishwasher and washing machine.

- Access to the first floor with a wrought iron spiral staircase: bedroom with a 160 bed facing a large window allowing you to enjoy the view of the garden from the bed! From the bedroom, access to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Exteriors: large and beautiful landscaped garden, direct access to the Tarn, ideal for fishermen because the banks are private.

Central heating. No swimming pool at La Grange d'Emilie gîte. Parking to share with the two other gîtes on site.

FISHING GITE: accommodation classified by the National Fishing Federation in France. Carp and catfish spot with bait tray. Small cabin at the water's edge to store your fishing equipment. Possibility of leaving your boat trailer safe (gîte located in a dead end) + possibility of mooring your boat near the fishing spot.
