Der Gurkenradweg und die Spree befinden sich ganz in der Nähe (ca. 200 m). Von hier aus kann man herrliche Radtouren in den Spreewald starten. Bei einem Spaziergang entlang der Spree lädt die Spreewehrmühle mit Cafe und Restaurant zum Verweilen ein.


Desweiteren ist man durch die zentrale Lage immer am Puls der Stadt und kann jeder Zeit Restaurants und Bars besuchen.



Die kleine, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (25 qm) liegt zentral im Herzen der Altstadt von Cottbus. Neben separatem Eingang, ruhiger Hoflage und eigenem Parkplatz, bietet sie einen schönen Blick in den angrenzenden Garten.
Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine Küche mit Kochmöglichkeit und ein Kühlschrank gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Das Bad enthält eine Dusche und WC. Ein Fön ist vorhanden. Desweiteren ist auch ein Flachbildfernseher in dem schönen Appartement.
