"Markus (ZAZ760)", 4-room apartment 90 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, practical furnishings: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table and satellite TV. Bathroom, sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

For shared use: property 500 m2 with trees, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, railway station "Aschau" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, mountain railway 4.5 km, ski lift 4.5 km, slopes, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 500 m, sled run 12 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km, Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

    “Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für kleine Zubereitungen von Mahlzeiten ausreichend. Die Lage befindet sich am Dorfrand von Aschau. Das hat den Vorteil eines tollen freien Ausblickes auf die Gerolsteinwand Richtung Süden vom Balkon aus. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig. Die sehr gut ausgebauten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in 12 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt (Zillertalbahn alle 30 min) . Die Skibus Haltestelle in 8 min Gehzeit (zurück muss man allerdings dann Berg hoch gehen).
    Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und im guten Zustand und großzügig geschnitten.”

    “Mycket prisvärt boende då det ligger jättefint och är fantastiskt rent och fräscht. Värdinnan är jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Allt du kan tänka dig behöva i ett hushåll finns tillgängligt. Underbara balkonger att sitta och njuta på!”
