3-room villa 90 m2 on 2 levels. Very tasteful and stylish furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with tiled stove. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave) with dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with cable TV. Shower/WC. Floor heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. The furniture of the Rosenvilla is original Biedermeier. There is a grand piano in the drawing room. The tiled stove shown here only serves as an ornament. Due to the valuable equipment, children are only welcome from the age of 10 years. For bookings of more than 8 nights, an interim cleaning is obligatory and charged 60 EUR per cleaning on site. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, pedestrian zone 200 m, railway station "Bad Ischl" 1 km, thermal baths "Eurothermenressort Bad Ischl" 800 m. Golf course 6 km, tennis 3 km, cable car 5 km, ski lift 21 km. Nearby attractions: Stadtmuseum Bad Ischl 30 m, Kongress- und Theaterhaus Ischl 50 m, Franz Lehar Filmtheater 500 m, Kaiservilla 900 m, UNESCO Welterbeort Hallstatt 21 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feuerkogel Ebensee 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wolfgangsee 13 km, Attersee und Traunsee 19 km. Hiking paths: Nussensee, Katrinalm, Postalm. Please note: not suitable for children under 10 years. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency SKGT Touristik in Götzstr. 12, 1 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The castle has been completely restored and is furnished with original furniture. There is a pavilion In the big Biedermeier garden with a fountain. You will be living in the heart of unique countryside whilst at the same time enjoying the exciting leisure activities of a charming town.
