- Room 1: large room with Queen size bed (160 * 200) bathroom, TV.

- Room 2 : room with two single beds (90*200) possibility of bringing them together to form a King Size bed 180*200. Shower room and TV.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and with WIFI.



EXTERIOR

The terrace of the apartment is fully equipped with plancha, table, chairs and 4 deckchairs. You will also have a garden with access to the communal pool, gym and beach.

A washing machine is located on the terrace in a closed cupboard.

The residence gives tenants the possibility to use the gym (bench, treadmill, elliptical) and the common swimming pool (12*4 and heated).

The pool is heated and secured with a security gate.

There are also deckchairs and outdoor showers available by the common pool.



Possibility to park at least two cars in the residence. The domain is secured with a gate and a digicode.
