- Room 2 : room with two single beds (90*200) possibility to put them together to form a King Size bed 180*200. Shower room and TV.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and with WIFI.



EXTERIOR

The terrace of the apartment has a sea view and is fully equipped with plancha.

A washing machine is located on the terrace in a closed cupboard.

The residence gives the possibility to the tenants to use the gym (bench, treadmill, elliptical) and the common swimming pool (12*4 and heated. The pool is heated and secured with a security gate.

Sunbeds and outdoor showers are also available.

Possibility to park at least two cars in the residence. The domain is secured with a gate and digicode.
