Das Apartment Top 1a befindet sich in der Gartenebene eines neuen und modernen Aparmtenhauses. Sie umfasst einen großen Wohnraum mit Küche, Essbereich, Wohnbereich mit Sat TV und einer vollwertigen Schlafcouch. Das Schlafzimmer wurde mit einem Boxspringbett für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Das Duschbadezimmer ist direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar. Auch ein zweites WC. und eine Garderobe gehört mit zur Wohnung.

Die große Sonnenterrasse und ein eigener dazugehörender Gartenanteil sind über ein Hebe-Schiebe Fenster Element vom Wohnzimmer aus begehbar. Ein Kugelgrill, ein ausziebarer Tisch und vier Stühle sowie ein Relaxstuhl gehören zum Gartenequiepment.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, absolut ruhigen Wohnlage. Wanderungen auf die Berge können direkt vom Haus weg begangen werden. Zum Skifahren bringt Sie der Skibus direkt vom Haus bis zur Seilbahn und zurück.
