We rent a sunny and bright 3-room flat for 2 - 5 persons with 70 m2 on the 1st floor.

You enjoy a large south-east facing terrace with a view of the lively Silvaplanersee, the local mountain Corvatsch, Piz La Margna and towards the Furtschellas cable car.

The living room is furnished with a corner bench and seating area. The bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobes, and the other bedrooms have bunk beds and a single bed.

In all rooms you enjoy a very nice parquet floor. In this holiday flat there is a well-equipped kitchen with a small balcony, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, an oven, dishwasher, enough dishes, glasses, cutlery and pans.

For the cold days in winter there is also a nice fondue set and a raclette oven.

In the bathroom there is a bath with shower, a toilet and a sink.  In the apartment building there are garage spaces, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a ski room available. You can store all your ski utensils in this ski room.

The village centre is not far away and you have a shop "Volg" at Seglias where you can buy everything you need; food and more. The post office is in the centre of the village and opposite you will also find the ski school and the tourist information at Via da Marias 38.

In this place you will find various local shops and gift shops. There is also a Grond bakery in the village, where you can buy your fresh bread every morning and also be served with snacks in the restaurant.  The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk from the holiday flat and the Furtschellas cable car is also very easy to reach on foot.  In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes directly in front of the Chesa Fortuna and provides you with an easy access. In summer, the cycle path also passes directly next to the Chesa Fortuna. 

Important: Our holiday flat is family-friendly - in summer you can reach the playground at Muot Marias in the middle of the village in a short walking distance and in winter the ice rink next to the restaurant "Plazzet" is built in mid-December. Skates can be rented directly at the restaurant.
