Holiday House in Ustronie Morskie with Barbecue and Garden
We recommend a complex of 8 holiday houses, located approx. 20 min. on foot from the sea, approx. 950 m. (i.e. far from the center of the town), located on an area of 1500 m2, in a quiet area, where, away from the tourist noise, you can relax in comfortable conditions, listening to the morning singing of birds and communing with nature. There is a horse farm next to our resort, so our guests can watch grazing horses approaching our fence. It is a great attraction especially for children.Nearby (approx. 500 m) there is an indoor swimming pool - water park, where you can actively relax even on cloudy days, using water entertainment, saunas, swimming pools, slides both inside and outside the facility. In Ustronie Morskie there are several recreational complexes, sports facilities, a newly built euro field, an outdoor gym, bicycle paths that can be used to explore the entire nearby coast, and even along the beach to Kołobrzeg or Mielno. There is also a fishing harbor in Ustronie Morskie. Near our resort there are a number of catering facilities where you can buy full board. There are chain stores and a convenience store nearby.
We offer you comfortable, wooden, insulated cottages, built in 2015, with an area of 45m2. We have 8 holiday homes in our small complex. Each House consists of 3 rooms + bathroom and terrace.- Living room with a double sofa bed. Table with 4 chairs, LED TV32. For cold days, there is a wall-mounted electric heater in the living room.- Kitchenette in the living room with basic equipment, including coffee and dinner service, glasses, cutlery, pots, cutting boards, pans, electric kettle, 2-plate electric hob and a fridge with a small freezer. Basic, necessary kitchen equipment.- Two bedrooms, the larger one with one double bed (width 140 cm) and the smaller one equipped with two single beds (2 x 80 cm wide). Bed linen provided in the bedroom.- Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. (we do not provide bathroom and beach towels).- Terrace. Each cottage has a large, comfortable, covered terrace (1.7 x 6 m), with a table and 4 chairs, beach equipment and a clothes dryer.
Outside, in a fenced property.A large recreational area with a playground, a grill zone, small and large bicycles available (limited number).- Free WI-FI Internet on the premises.- Free parking (1 parking space for 1 cottage), the area is fenced, monitored and locked at night.- A place for a barbecue and banquet tables.Near- At a distance of about 500 m., indoor swimming pool, outdoor gym, bicycle paths, horse breeding.In one holiday home we can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults (the fifth person on the sofa bed in the living room) or 4 adults + 2 children (children on the sofa bed in the living room.
