Covered terrace and covered sheds, garden furniture, barbecue. Swimming pool to share with the owners. The cottage is arranged on several levels, until reaching the top of the tower. Ground floor: living room with open kitchen fully equipped (sofa bed), shower room, toilet, laundry room.
On the first floor, at the top of the stairs, on the landing, two small corners salon cleverly arranged. On one is installed a single bed 90x200cm. One then enters the tower itself by a living room (room without window).
A staircase leads to the second floor where there is the first room (two bunk beds + a trundle bed) and a third bedroom upstairs to the second bedroom (a large double bed). Covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Sheets and towels provided, cleaning service end of stay offered. Brand new, this cottage hardly opens its doors and waits for you, you will be the first vacationers!
The renovation works barely complete, the terrace is brand new, and the grass has not yet had time to grow. Inside, on the other hand, everything has been ready for a long time, the owners have enjoyed renovating this gîte with unusual architecture, with this tower dating back several centuries.
Brugnac occupies a strategic position in the valley of the Vère, facing the forest of Grésigne. It is a very small hamlet, next to the chapel and its small cemetery. From there you see Castelnau-de-Montmiral, and the village of Puycelci is not far, two jewels of the country of the Bastides Albigeoises, perched on their hill. Puycelci and its ramparts constitute a front on the forest of Grésigne, Castelnau represents the gateway to the vineyards of Gaillac, millenary vineyards with seven wines and the plain of the Tarn.
