Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer liebevoll restaurierten, denkmalgeschützten Villa am Ortsrand von Bad Harzburg (ruhige Lage) unterhalb des Elfensteins.
Die Einrichtung ist rustikal und im gepflegten Zustand. Das Appartment verfügt über ein Sofa (ausgeklappt Schlafsofa mit einer Liegefläche 1,40x2m) einer Küchenzeile und einem gemütlichen Essplatz. Es gibt ein Bad mit Duche und WC und ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Boxspringbett 1,60x2m. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein überdachter Parkplatz unmittelbar vor dem Haus. In diesem Carport mit der Nr. 10 befindet sich eine Schlüsselbox. Vor Anreise erhalten Sie einen sechsstelligen Code zum Öffnen der Box.Im Gemeinschaftskeller befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein abschließbarer Fahrradkeller. Neben der Eingangstür im 1. OG gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon (Südseite) mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Sonnenschirm. Ein Grill ist vorhanden und kann genutzt werden.
