The house is located in a very quiet location on the sunny plateau above Millstatt (740 m above sea level) in a beautiful south-facing slope overlooking the Millstätter Lake and the surrounding mountains. The lake, the baths and the center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).

A cozy family business with two well-equipped apartments for 1 - 3 people, with satellite TV and a spacious balcony with panoramic views.

A beautiful garden with lawn and large parking lot are available.

The location of the house seduces to beautiful walks on the Nockberge or to other trips to the beautiful Carinthia by car or bicycle.
We advise and inform you about rewarding excursions and mountain tours in the beautiful mountains of Carinthia.
The adventure and health trail is located in the immediate vicinity. The golf course is just a 5 minute drive away.

The apartment is 47m2 and suitable for 2 to 3 people.
It is located on the 2nd floor of our house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and crockery. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the cozy living room is a satellite TV device available.
The 11 m² spacious balcony faces south, with views of Lake Millstatt.

Out of consideration for the guests in the house, who do not have or want to deal with dogs dogs are not allowed with us!
We also ask you to avoid smoking on the balcony, we want to keep our apartments smoke free!
