The Métairie site, situated on the edge of a pine forest facing south, offers beautiful views of the Minervois landscapes and provides an ideal setting for discovering the local culture. Guests can relax by the private 8x4 swimming pool, enclosed within the olive grove (open until 9 pm from June 1st to September 30th). Peace and tranquility will define your stay. Nearby attractions include the Medieval City of Carcassonne just 40 minutes away, Narbonne (a Roman city) within 30 minutes, and Béziers within 40 minutes. Pouzols-Minervois village serves as a starting point for numerous hiking and mountain biking trails and is close to the historic Minerve for heritage enthusiasts.

The cottage features a spacious ground floor comprising a large living room with dining area, a lounge area with sofas and TV (equipped with information about the region), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a 140cm bed and an additional 80cm single bed, along with a private bathroom (shower and toilet). Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 80cm beds that can be brought together, complete with its private bathroom (shower, toilet, and double washbasin), and another bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bunk bed accommodating two, also with its private bathroom (shower, toilet, and double washbasin).

The property offers a large terrace, a dining area under a porch with garden furniture, space and games for children, and a private swimming pool. Chickens, a few sheep, and two geese will be your closest neighbors. Amenities include WiFi, baby equipment, and on-site parking.
