Pretty single storey house situated on a cereal growing estate in the Pays Lauragais. You will be able to enjoy the calm of the domain and the shaded adjoining garden with its garden furniture and barbecue. Many animals live on the farm: a pony, goats, chickens, geese and a dog. The gîte is located 30 minutes from Castelnaudary and 40 minutes from Carcassonne and is ideally situated for those who enjoy hiking, cultural outings to the sites of the Cathar country and also excursions to discover the local Cassoulet region. Concerning the layout of the gîte, two terraces with different orientations are available. A large and bright living room with a sofa and a sitting area, an open, modern and functional kitchen. For the sleeping area, a first bedroom with a 140cm bed and two other bedrooms with two 90cm beds each. Heating in supplement.
