This character-filled gîte is located in the listed village of Caunes Minervois, 20 minutes from Carcassonne and close to Caunes Abbey, which you can discover just around the corner. A footpath will take you to the pink marble quarries from which the marble used to adorn the Château de Versailles, among other buildings, was extracted.

Right in the heart of the Minervois appellation, you can sample the wines of this terroir as you stroll along. Caunes Minervois is also the starting point for many walks and mountain bike rides on the Montagne Noire trails. You can also visit the nearby caves of Cabrespine and Limousis.

The gîte is located on the first floor and comprises: a dining room with fully-equipped kitchen, a living room opening onto the terrace with private 18 m² fenced-in swimming pool, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds (160x190), a shower room with WC. Bed linen and towels provided.
