Nice flat located on the first and last floor of a small secured residence, you will be close to the beautiful Cité de Carcassonne. With its northern exposure, you can make the most of the small terrace, especially in summer. Small shops nearby and less than 2kms walk from the city centre. During the summer period, the city is animated by numerous shows, notably during the Carcassonne Festival. The Canal du Midi, a Unesco World Heritage Site, as well as the medieval city, is only 1.5km away: walking, cycling and river cruises. The Mediterranean Sea is about 45 minutes away. The first castles of the Cathar country are about 30 minutes away.

  The residence is quiet and well decorated with a private terrace. You will find all the comfort you need.
