This is about a stone house with a lot of charm and homey design. The same has cozy living areas and a particularly beautiful and spacious living room, made for socializing. You can also look forward to grilled food, which you can enjoy together on the open terrace, while bathing in the sun. The house is located on its own fenced part of the property, the horse farm, where horses, dogs and cats live peacefully.

The house is located between Ystad and Trelleborg, while there are also some beautiful hiking and biking trails in the immediate vicinity. Cycle to the sea, where miles of sandy beaches await you in both directions, including Skateholm, Beddinge, Mossby and Abbekås. Along the coast you'll find the South Coast Path, as well as some nice restaurants and pubs. In the nearest village Skivarp you will find a grocery store. Take nice trips to: Svaneholm Castle, Häckeberga Castle, Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk, Ystad Zoo and Mossbylund with SPA.
