Villa L’Antica Colonia is a 18th century charming and independent holiday home with accommodations for up to 16 + 4 people ideal for groups, family gatherings and events. It is located in a beautiful location with stunning views of Lake Orta a small romantic lake in the northern part of Italy (Piedmont). The villa of 500 square meters, conveniently situated on a promontory over the lake, is characterized by its terraces with stone columns and loggias with a spectacular panoramic view, all located within a large land dotted with fruit trees and flowers overlooking the enchanting Lake Orta. The villa has 7 accommodations (5 suites,1 studio and 1 cottage) all equipped with one or two bedrooms with a total of 9 separate bedrooms (8 double bedrooms + 2 single + 2 divan be) and 9 bathrooms (7 with showers). All the accommodations have private fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable sitting room and satellite TV, en-suite bathrooms with shower tray, individually controlled heating system and private equipped outdoor space and lake views, giving all members of the family or group their own space. In add, lovely indoor areas and splendid open-air lounges create enchanting common place to stay all together.
From the entrance floor a staircase leads down to the ground floor of the villa where there are the Exclusive Common Areas.
On this level there is a large living room of 70 sqm partly decorated with original stones and vaulted ceiling with elegant and comfortable armchairs and sofas and table, a wine cellar and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining room with cosy fireplace.
From the ground floor access to an outdoor area for dining (BBQ also available), relax and sunbathe with a splendid view of the lake and to the large private land at the foot of the villa.
