The house is a spectacular 3-storey house refurbished in 2017 and with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It accommodates a maximum of 10 people. The house has air conditioning and heating throughout, two gas chimeneas, one in the dining room and another in the main suite, WiFi connection, satellite TV and spa area with sauna and jacuzzi.
We access the house via the first floor. Crossing the threshold into the 50 square metres of living room we are rewarded with spectacular sea views. Adjacent to this zone is the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with two sofas and a 105 inch television. The living room has large windows which can be fully opened so that you can enjoy the sea breeze as if you were on the terrace. From the dining room you access two terraces, one to the side which is covered and has a table, so is an ideal place to spend the mornings or enjoy lunch. There is another terrace next to the pool which offers spectacular views of the island’s east coast. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of these with en suite bathroom. There is also another double bedroom with sea views, bathroom and toilet.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a lovely private terrace. There is also a spectacular suite measuring more than 30 square metres with bathroom and living area. Both bedrooms have fantastic sea views.
On the ground floor level, constructed in a zone of rocks just a few metres from the sea is the pool, 10 metres in length, together with a spa area with sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath. There is a further double bedroom on this level with access to the external area.
On the rocks the house have a private beach, a play area, a fish pond and a barbecue. Include 4 electric bicycles available for customers.
