This is a newly renovated apartment located in an apartment building in a peaceful part of Šilo with a shared pool. It is placed on the first floor and has partial sea view. It is not far away from the sea and pebbly and stone beach.
Apartment is around 44m2 in size and has a spacious loggia which is equipped with dining table and can be used as an outdoor dining room. Apartment is newly equipped and has all appliances that you need to feel yourself at home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and filter coffee machine. Living area has air condition and flat screen TV. There is also comfortable couch that can be used as a bed for one person. Bathroom is also fully equipped and has washing machine.
Outside area includes private parking area and there is a shared pool that can be used.
Outside in an enclosed part of yard is a shared swimming pool. There is an outside shower and sunbathing equipment. There is a private parking area, too.
