This beautiful Holiday Villa is located right on the sea front in small village of Kućište, on the charming Pelješac peninsula just about 4km west from Orebić.

The Villa can accommodate up to 8 person in 4 comfortable, acclimatized bedrooms. Three modern family bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 8-person dining area and large living room are some of the distinctive features of this amazing Villa.

Outdoor area is dominated by the open, private swimming pool (32 sq meters) with great view to the sea and lots of space around it for enjoying in the sun. Outside seating area is accompanied with grill/barbecue facilities.

House is located in the first row to the sea featuring comfortable ambience and modern, stylish furnishings. Large swimming pool is the central point of the house offering stunning views of the crystal clear Adriatic sea and neighboring island of Korčula.

In addition to the mild climate and beautiful beaches, Kućište and neighboring Viganj are recognized on the world stage by the conditions for engaging in windsurfing and so called kite-surfing. Viganj has repeatedly been host to international competitions in windsurfing.

The center of Viganj is just ten minutes walking distance. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars on the city’s promenade which teems with guests from all over the world. Try Dalmatian cuisine in one of the excellent restaurants or have fun at one of the many cafes, with live music, why not ?

Once in Kućište, you are just ten-minutes boat ride away from the town of Korčula , the pearl of the Mediterranean architecture and the birthplace of the great world traveler and explorer, Marco Polo. Altough he won’t be home (according to his neighbors) be sure to visit his birthplace!
