    “Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend, es ist alles vorhanden, was man erwartet, nur ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine wären noch wünschenswert. Die Lage ist hervorragend, fast 180° Meerblick, im Vordergrund Hügel Das Haus steht in 350m über NN. Die Zufahrt mit 20%-Steigung ist etwas schwierig und die Durchfahrtbreiten sind eingeschränkt. Bis Breite Mittelklasse-Wagen.
    Der Zustand des Hauses ist top. Alufenster, Alutüren, 100%iger Mückenschutz durch in Profilen geführten Gagerollos. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt.
    Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Uns hat besonders die Nähe zu Frankreich gefallen und das man sich mit Französisch recht gut in diesem Gebiet verständigen kann. Für größere Kinder sehr gut geeignet, das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt. Eine gute Gastronomie findet man überall, besonders aber im Restaurant der Hauseigentümer in Vallebona, sehr zu empfehlen.”
