    “Sehr ruhige Lage, die man mit einer zum Teil nervenaufreibenden anfahrt zum Objekt bezahlt. Die Ausstattung des FH war sehr gut. Die Heizung (Pelletofen in der Stube) ist vollkommend ausreichend für den Wohnbereich! Allerdings ist die Heizung im Bad (Heizlüfter) in der kalten Jahreszeit nicht von Vorteil, da das Mauerwerk trotzdem kaltbleibt und sich Schwitzwasser in den Ecken bildet.”

    “Das Haus liegt abseits mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Aussstattung ist rustikal, lässt aber nichts vermissen. Besonders die Kücheneinrichtung ist vorbildlich. Es gibt einen wunderschönen großen und eingezäunten Garten (ideal mit Hund oder kleinen Kindern) und eine große Terrasse mit allem, um sich wohlzufühlen.
    Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist relativ steil, so dass tiefergelegte Autos evtl. Probleme bekommen.”
