Apartment in Pöls with Southwest-Facing Balcony and Mountain View

The exceptional location of this comfortable and modern holiday apartment offers stunning views of the Murtal Valley and surrounding alpine landscape. The apartment is ideally located as a starting point for hiking and cycling tours as well as skiing in nearby ski resorts, which cater for all skiing abilities.

Nearby local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants are within easy reach. The train station with connections to Vienna, Graz and Carinthia can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The motor sport venue for the Austrian Grand Prix, the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg is only 20 kilometres away. Parking spaces are also available.




The newly renovated 60 square meter apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms and provides a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom is modern and barrier-free. A TV and Wi-Fi are available. The southwest-facing balcony provides an opportunity to sunbathe and a large terrace offers access to a conservatory and barbecue facilities


The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen, living / dining area, bathroom and hallway. One of the bedrooms is a twin room. The living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice compartment, kettle, coffee maker, a complete set of crockery, cutlery and all the utensils necessary for cooking. A TV with Wi-Fi is available. The bathroom is barrier-free and has a shower, washbasin and toilet as well as a washing machine and a heated towel rail. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided. The apartment is heated with thermostatically controlled infrared radiators in all rooms.



The outdoor area includes a balcony with stunning views of the Mur Valley, a large terrace with barbecue facilities, a conservatory with sun loungers,chairs and tables and a small garden area. There is also an adjoining storage room which can be utilised and contains an ironing board, a clothes rack and waste bins. Parking for 2 cars is available directly in front of the house.



The house is located in a estate on a southwest facing slope and the apartment is on the first floor. The property has its own entrance, which can be reached by a staircase that ascends along the side of the building leading to the terrace at the rear on the upper level Free internet is available. An inn is located on the estate only 100m from the house.



Supermarkets and several inns are located nearby. The train station with connections to Vienna, Graz and Carinthia is a 10-minute drive away. The Lachtal and Kreischberg ski areas are easily reached by car, and hiking and cycling trails can be accessed directly from the property. A bicycle rental service is available in Pöls. The Aqualux Thermal Spa and public swimming pool in Fohnsdorf is just 15 km away. The motorsport venue of the Austrian Grand Prix, the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, is only 20 kilometres away. The area offers a variety of sightseeing opportunites to be discovered in the spectacular alpine landscape.
