The Villa of Xenia& Akis , is a family house which was build by their
father who was an excellent and well known architect of his time ,made
totally with the idea of a traditional country house full of light , space
and a lot of wood!
The villa is situated in Vravrona, Markopoulo Mesogaias, Attica, 20 km
away from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos and 45 km from
the center of Athens. Only 300 meters away from the villa is the
Archaeological sight of Artemida. A sandy beach with the shallow water is
only 100 meters away from the villa, one mini market you find near to the
beach and 200 meters from the villa you can find a traditional fish tavern
to have your lunch/dinner. A further down from the taverna is another
restaurant (NISSOS) located on the top of the rocks with an amazing view ,
crystal clear water and another amazing beach which makes you feel you are
on an island .

The summer resort of Porto Rafti is 5 km further on from the villa and
there you can find many shops, bars, restaurants and super markets. Also
need to know that the famous Archaeological Museum of Vravrona is only 200 meters away.

    “Positiv: Heel knus en riant ingericht. De terrassen op 1ste en 2de verdiep met zicht op de zee in de verte zijn heerlijk. Er staan 2 tafels en er is voldoende zitmeubilair. BBQ- hoek op gelijkvloers. Krachtige douche met eveneens zicht op zee. Snel bereikbare en zeer behulpzame huiseigenaar. Strand met drankkraam op 400m.
    Centrum Vravrona ligt aan overkant van de baai. Tenzij verfente stappers en tevreden met een mini-warenhuis Spar, heb je een auto nodig. Op een half uur ben je via stukje autosnelweg (payage 2,80€) in de luchthaven. Negativ: Het huis ligt aan een doorgangsweg dus je hoort wel het verkeer, ook ‘s nachts.
    Keukenattributen zijn eerder beperkt (geen aardappelmesje, weinig glazen, weinig slakommen).
    Eén van de 2 slaapkamers op het gelijkvloers is niet vanuit het huis zelf bereikbaar, wat niet in de beschrijving stond. Er staat een koffie-apparaat en een klein koelkastje. Er zijn 2 tredes in de kamer. Restaurant: Chamolia Fish Tavern - Zeer uitgebreid terras met zicht op de baai.
    Verwacht geen volledige schotel met groenten ed. Wij bestelden verschillende schotels en deelden.”
