Cozy wooden house on large natural plot, only 300 m from beautiful sandy beach and 1.6 km from Dueodde golf course.
Natural center of home life is the tastefully decorated living room with open kitchen and dining area. Here you can watch TV, listen to the radio, play games and in winter enjoy the warmth and coziness of the wood stove. In the bathroom of the house there is a comfortable underfloor heating.
The house has a large, sunny and partially covered wooden terrace with outdoor furniture such as sun loungers and a barbecue for barbecues together. There are also two other wooden terraces, so you can practically follow the sun on the terraces of the house during the day. In the outbuilding you will find a washing machine. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a long, active day at the beach.
A short walk will take you to the beautiful sandy beach, where Bornholm lives up to its reputation as a sunny island. If you like golf, you will certainly be pleased to stay close to Dueodde golf course. The area offers some great walking trails. A selection of the many excursion destinations are Dueodde lighthouse, Rokkestenen, Nexø or the charming villages of Snogebæk and Svaneke. Children will love the Krølle-Bølle ice cream on excursions, named after the national island troll.
