Ferienwohnung in Kellenhusen mit Großer Terrasse

Entspannen Sie in der schönen Lübecker Bucht direkt am Wald gelegen und nur 750m bis zum Strand. Kellenhusen hat einiges zu bieten für den Hundeliebhaber. 3 Hundestrände und ein Freilaufgelände nur 300m entfernt direkt im Wald. Sie können mit Ihrem Partner/Kindern/Hund wunderschöne Wege durch den Wald gehen oder am Wasser/Strand entlang laufen. Entspannung PUR.


In der kleinen Ferienanlage "Am Walde" (bestehend aus 10 Häusern und 5 Wohnungen) gibt es auch ein eigenen Hundespielplatz (Weidezaun mit 1,25 m Höhe mit Spielzeugen ) und natürlich einen Kinderspielplatz, so dass 2 und 4-Beiner ihren Spass haben können und sich erholen können.


Diese Wohnung Waldblick liegt direkt am Wald und sie haben also den besten Platz wenn Sie Wald mögen :)



Bei uns können Sie ebenfalls Fahrräder und SUP (Stand up Paddle) ausleihen (je nach Verfügbarkeit).



Ihre Wohnung besitzt einen eigenen Whirlpool den Sie im Sommer wie im Winter nutzen können (auch aktuell). Die Terrasse ist auf 2 Seiten verglast und sie können auch bei schlechtem Wetter in ihrer grossen Lounge sitzen und den Wald geniessen. Das grosse Wohnzimmer mit 65 Zoll TV und gemütlichem Landhausstil lädt zum verweilen ein. 2 Duschbäder inkl WC gehören zu der Wohnung, ebenso eine gut sortierte kleine Küche.


Die Schlafzimmer sind alle neben bzw übereinander ansortiert (ein Schlafzimmer ist en Durchgangszimmer von dem sie in die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer und das zweite Badezimmer kommen). Es gibt euch einen kleinen FItnessbereich mit Powerrack an dem Sie einige Übungen machen können.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist 2 Geschossig und wirkt einem ca 40qm grossen Wohnzimmer grosszügig und ist grossflächig verglast und hell. Es gibt eine separate gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer im 1. OG mit Doppelbett (180x200m), ein Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss & 1 separates Schlafzimmer mit 1 Einzelbett. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche & WC in der Ferienwohnung eine grosszügige Terrasse mit Lounge Möbeln und einen eigenen privaten Whirlpool für 3 Personen.

Die Wohnung ist im modernen Landhausstil / Waldstil gehalten und der 65 Zoll TV und die grosse teilverglaste Lounge rundet diese Ferienwohnung ab.


Hinweise bzgl Hund: Kellenhusen und wir sind sehr hundefreundlich, damit jedoch jeder einen entspannten Urlaub erleben kann ist es möglich max. 2 Hunde je Einheit mitzubringen. Bitte denken Sie auch daran, das überall Leinenpflicht herrscht (mit Ausnahmen natürlich am Hundestrand & im Hundeauslauf im Wald)


Auf unserer Ferienanlage gibt es Einheiten mit unterschiedlichen Ausstattungsmerkmalen. Diese haben wir in die Kategorien Retro, Komfort und Wellness eingeteilt.

Retro: Unsere Häuser und Wohnungen kommen grundsätzlich alle aus den 70/80er Jahre und sind entsprechend optisch ausgestattet oder wie man so sagen würde…“gemütlich wie bei Muttern“ mit entsprechenden Betten, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Stahlkochfeldern , separater Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, Filterkaffeemaschine, Couch im Wohnzimmer und Sessel mit TV und TV Bank, Etagenbett im Kinderschlafzimmer und Doppelbett im Elternschlafzimmer Ein funktionales Bad mit Dusche, Wc und Waschbecken gehört natürlich dazu. Unsere dänischen Holzhäuser verfügen über hocheffiziente Elektroheizungen und Boiler/Duchlauferhitzer.


Komfort: Einige unserer Einheiten haben neue Ausstattungen bekommen, das heisst die Möbel sind ca 2020 neu ausgestattet, teilweise wurde der Boden mit pflegeleichtem aktuellen Bodenbelägen getauscht, eine neue Küche mit Ceranfeld, Mikrowellen Heissluftofen und Senseo Pad Kaffeemaschine (optional mit Filtermaschine nach Verfügbarkeit), Boxspringbetten im Elternschlafzimmer und die dänischen Holzbungalows haben einen Holzkaminofen für die kalten Jahreszeiten.


Wellness: Einige unserer Einheiten haben zusätzlich zu der „Komfort“ Veränderung noch Wellnessmerkmale bekommen. D.h. Die dänischen Holzbungalows haben eine private Infrarotkabine und einen Aussenwhirlpool im Garten und zusätzlich noch einen natürlichen Holzzaun. Die Ferienwohnungen dieser Kategorie haben einen Whirlpool, eine grosse Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und manche Wohnungen auch einen Zaun.





Auf unserer Ferienanlage gibt es einen eigenen Kinderspielplatz, Hundespielplatz, Fussballtor, Hängematte und ein Waschhaus mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett
