Our self-catering house in a breathtaking ambience, offers 2 large apartments and a small hostel with dormitory for self-catering.

The river Inn is on our doorstep, a popular access and exit point for trend sports such as kayaking and river rafting through the famous "Imst Gorge" and on the "Ötztaler Ache" mountain brook. Thanks to our in-house outdoor sports base it's also possible to book exciting adventure tours directly here with us! The access and exit point of the renowned Geierwand climbing and via ferrata paradise can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The Inntal Cycle Path connected to the Ötztal Cycle Trail also runs past our front door!

 

In winter, several ski areas offer pure snow and fun galore in the immediate vicinity. The valley of Ötztal, Pitztal, Kaunertal and Stanzertal can be reached within 10-30 driving minutes. Therefore we make an ideal starting point for ski mountaineering tours, snowshoe hikes, toboggan run adventures and sunny winter walks.

 

We warmly welcome single travelers, cyclists, long-distance hikers and families as well as school groups and larger groups!

At our Hostel Studio Apartment for up to 4 people you will feel at ease straight away. The room has the following amenities: 2x bunk beds, balcony, 1x shower and WC. Well-equipped kitchenette with two electric hotplates and coffee machine, small conveniences such as oil, salt and pepper are available. The common room and the barbecue corner are available to all of our guests. After use, the kitchen/barbecue area must be left tidy and clean.

Exclusive of: resort tax;
Breakfast can be booked in the neighboring house! Pets (only in the apartments) are allowed for an extra charge and only on request! Laundry service available for a fee! Deposit: € 200.00 per apartment to be deposited in CASH upon arrival. On departure you will receive the deposit in CASH provided there is no damage or extreme dirt.

Other: All our guest receive reduced admission tickets for the AQUA DOME spa center - Tirol Therme Längenfeld.
