Holiday villa in the Natural reserve Mondrago

Abril is a three bedroom house located in the Natural reserve Mondrago, in residential area S'amarador, only 800m. to the beautiful sandy beach S'amarador. This is an unique location for nature-lovers. The Natural reserve Mondragó has several sandy beaches -S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó and Caló des Burgit-, as well as extensive green areas where you can enjoy long walks with the different routes that the park offers. The town of Santanyi that is 6km. away offers shops, restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets, some art galleries and a bustling weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday. It is worthwhile visiting the small sea side villages Cala Santanyí about 7km. away where is the well know "Es Pontas" and Cala Figuera 8km. away with a charming port and restaurants overlooking the sea.

Abril is a charming one-storey house full of natural light. From the entrance there is direct access to the open living room with a dining table and a well equipped open plan kitchen. The house has three beautiful bedrooms; a spacious double bedroom that has access to the exterior and a twin bedroom -beds together-. These two bedrooms share a separate shower room. The last one is a twin bedroom -beds together- with a dressing area and en suite compact shower room.

There is a covered terrace overlooking the pool with a dining table where you can enjoy "al fresco" meals and a sitting area. The pool with Roman steps is surrounded by a sun terrace with reclining sun beds; perfect to refresh and enjoy the long summery days. At the back of the house there is a patio area and a built barbecue. The property is fenced and there is place to park two cars.
