Welcome to our vacation home. The barrier-free low-energy vacation home with underfloor heating and ventilation (100 m²) is suitable for 2 people (child up to 2 years possible on request). It has a spacious living and dining area, a large kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom, guest WC and a beautiful conservatory. It is suitable for walkers and wheelchairs. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower. There are two washing facilities, one of which is wheelchair accessible. The kitchen is easy to use with a walker, but less suitable for wheelchairs. The entrance area is equipped with a ramp to the front door and a ramp to the conservatory. From the conservatory you can access the garden of the vacation home with seating.

Our house has been classified according to the criteria of the nationwide label “Travel for All” and is entitled to use the award “Accessibility tested”.

In our wine and guest house (2 min. walk) we also offer 6 guest rooms. The rooms are equipped with shower and WC, satellite TV. WiFi/Wlan use is free of charge. A bicycle garage is available.Welcome...

It is suitable for rollators and wheelchairs. There is a walk-in shower in the large bathroom. There are two washing facilities, one of which is wheelchair accessible. The kitchen is easy to use with a rollator, less suitable for wheelchairs. The entrance area is equipped with a ramp to the front door and a ramp to the winter garden. From the winter garden you can get into the garden of the holiday home with seating.

Payment: After booking, a deposit of 25% of the travel price is due; the amount due must be transferred to the bank details provided within 8 days. Once payment has been received, the booking is guaranteed. The remaining amount is to be transferred up to 3 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation conditions: If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, 60% of the travel price is due and if you do not arrive or leave early, we charge 90% of the cancellation costs.Payment: cash
