The holiday apartment renovated in 2007 and is rustic, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location at the edge of the woods. The holiday flats SAX EZG 001 and SAX EZG 003 are on the 1st floor and the holiday flats SAX EZG 002 and SAX EZG 004 on the 2nd floor, each for 2-4 people. From the house you look at the place Sayda and the Ore Mountains. The access goes via a field or forest path (asphalted, length 600 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 20 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
