The apartment is located in the Eastern Ore Mountains in the Unesco World Heritage Mining Region Erzgebirge, about 25 minutes by car from the state capital Dresden and 30 minutes by car from the border with the Czech Republic. The municipality of Klingeberg offers relaxation in its idyllic surroundings with numerous hiking and biking trails and many excursion possibilities in the closer Surroundings. Worth mentioning are the Malter and Tharandter Wald reservoirs with the center of Saxony, Germany's oldest narrow-gauge railway in the Rabenauer Grund, the silver city Freiberg, the Altenberg winter sports region and the Erzgebirge folk art, which can be admired and purchased in many places. Shops are 3 km away. The district town of Dippoldiswalde can be reached in just 8 kilometers.

The apartment is on two floors and can accommodate up to 3 people (a total of 80 square meters). Each floor has a living/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor, 45 square meters, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate toilet, the bed is 1.60 meters wide. On the second floor, 35 square meters, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, the bed is only 1.20 meters wide. On the first floor there is a washing machine and a freezer, on the second floor there is a PC and a desk. A hair dryer, an iron, a vacuum cleaner and a TV are available on each floor. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The use of the garden with garden furniture is possible.
