On 100 square meters, Haus Frieda offers plenty of space for up to four people and has a separate entrance. The house was renovated in 2020 with great attention to detail and equipped with numerous artistic and design elements in a country house style. All windows have special soundproof glazing.

The kitchen

The fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a fully automatic coffee machine. An exposed, over 100 year old sandstone wall with comfortable seating offers you a rustic atmosphere for relaxed coffee enjoyment.

Eat in style

In the dining room, too, we stayed true to the style of the house. The table offers enough space for extended menus and cozy get-togethers. You can enjoy the wines of local winemakers.

The guud Stubb

After an eventful day, review what you have experienced or plan the next day. The cozy living room offers you the right place. Here sandstone elements of an old, Gothic church were installed, which contrast with the hallway with factory windows from the industrial age. An antique secretary gives you the opportunity to write holiday greetings to friends and relatives.

The two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The two high-quality double beds in the rooms have comfortable mattresses and down comforters made of hypoallergenic materials. One bedroom is also equipped with a toilet, the other with a flat-screen TV. All rooms have shutters, some electric.

bath

The barrier-free shower combination with tropical shower and shower head is located on the ground floor. At the push of a button you switch on the radio and enjoy your shower with music or the latest news. In the passage to the terrace, outside the bathroom, you will find the washing machine specially installed for you.

The garden terrace

The small garden belonging to the holiday home is lush with greenery and offers privacy protection from prying eyes. A small water feature splashes while you enjoy your vacation on the 20 square meter terrace. The romantic railway line runs through the Nahe valley behind the house. During the day, a train passes by about every 30 minutes for a few seconds, which is barely noticeable through the special glazing in the house. There is no train traffic at night.
