The holiday apartment II Auf dem Kornspeicher is 125 m² in size and the apartment III Jägerstube has space for 2-3 people over 75 m².

Payment is always made directly to us as your hosts. After booking, we will send you a separate invoice.

Please settle the deposit within 7 days of receiving the invoice and the remaining payment 4 weeks before arrival.

You can withdraw from the contract at any time.

The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are obligated to compensate us for any damage incurred:

• 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, if it cannot be rented otherwise
• 100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival

The date of receipt of your withdrawal notice is what counts. Amounts already paid will be credited.

A substitute person who meets the mentioned conditions can be provided by you

by means of a written notification.
