Das „Haus am Hemm“ mit 4 komfortabel renovierten 4 Sterne Ferienwohnungen liegen in ruhiger Sackgassenlage. Eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln sowie eine eine Liegewiese stehen allen Gästen zur Verfügung. Waschmaschinenbenutzung ist für 5,00 € pro Waschgang möglich. Diese Kosten werden direkt vor Ort mit der Vermieterin abgerechnet. Nordsee/Badestrand ca. 8 km, Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 0,3 km,  Restaurant ca. 0,4 km, Bahnhof ca. 0,8 km. Freibad/Hallenschwimmbad ca. 0,5 km.

Die 2-Raum-Ferienwohnung ca. 40 qm groß, befindet sich im Obergeschoss, ohne Teppichboden. Zu der Ferienwohnung gehört ein Balkon mit Gartenmöbel. Der Wohn/Schlafraum ist mit einer gemütlichen Couchgarnitur( mit Bettfunktion 160 x200) ideal bei Bedarf als Schlafmöglichkeit , einer Essecke, Kabel-TV + WLAN ausgestattet. Eine kleine Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler und Backofen ( im Wohnraum integriert ) sowie Geschirr für den täglichen Bedarf ist vorhanden. Im Schlafraum befinden sich 2 Einzelbetten ( jeweils 0,90 x 200 )-Boxspringmatratzen. Dusche/WC. Handtücher ( 1 Duschhandtuch + 2 Handtücher ) sowie Bettwäsche inkl.- bei Bedarf kann man für 5,00 € ein Handtuchpaket ( 1 Duschhandtuch + 2 Handtücher) bekommen , PKW-Stellplatz vorm Haus
