A break in the Hus inne Sünn in the community WELT, near St. Peter-Ording means rest and relaxation. Your residence on time has three apartments used as holiday apartments and impresses with its proximity to the north sea (2 km away). The apartments (1-6 persons) are located on an approximately 1900 sqm plot in an unobstructable location with mature trees and manicured lawns. Here you can enjoy the silence and an incomparable view over the eiderstedter march. The terrace of the apartment on the ground floor is non-visible for outstanding guests with awning and a sauna for sole use. The Landhus was completely refurbished in 2017 and all three apartments have been comprehensively refurbished as well as newly furnished and now offer every comfort. The nearest beach is the DLRG guarded swimming area in Vollerwiek (about 2.8 km away) with a large lawn,
beach chairs and a real North German cafe and restaurant. The main town of St. Peter-Ording with its sandy beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The nearest sandy beach is in St. Peter-Böhl along with the golf course.
The house is located near the already mentioned in the 11th century St. Michael's Church.

 Many other places that like to visit Eiderstedt are within easy reach. This applies to the always impressive westerhever
with its beautiful lighthouse and the sandbank leading out at low tide with a lookout tower.
Just as St. Peter Ording with its various beach sections, sometimes quiet and sometimes lively with gastronomy
and more as well as many other attractive destinations on Eiderstedt.
The nearest shops can be found in Garding, about 3 km. Husum with its harbor as an attractive city for strolling,
shopping or eating out is about 20 km away. For Friedrichsstadt, with its many canals worth a visit, is similar.
Eiderstedt has a wide network of bicycle paths, cycling is really fun here!

approximately 68qm living space offers space for 1-4 persons.
The solid front in the living area offers a wonderful view of the garden and the Eiderstedter march.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (with special darkening). One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The
bathroom with integrated radio has a shower with folding doors, toilet,
washing machine, and a large sink with cabinet and shelf. In the separate kitchen with dishwasher, whisper-quiet fridge and microwave, cooking is easy. The large dining area seats six people.
The
bright living area features a sofa combo consisting of a 3-seater and a
2-seater sofa, as well as an armchair with a cozy reading corner.
Satellite
TV, television and a 23-inch flat screen with Bluetooth keyboard and
mouse, which can be connected to any computer, are also available.
LED lighting is available in all rooms. Two parking spaces are available for you.

garden with the approximately 1900 sqm large area and a belonging to the
apartment terrace with community barbecue are available for sunbathing
and relaxing.
