House Plüschmors is located in the Mommsen town of Garding between Tönning on the Eider and St. Peter-Ording on the North Sea coast. The house offers with 3 bedrooms sufficient place for 6 persons. Has a bathroom and a separate shower, separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), a large dining area and two comfortable living areas. Internet, TV and Bluetooth speakers make your stay a real holiday.

House Plüschmors is a holiday home with 4 rooms and a large terrace.
In the upper floor 6 persons can sleep comfortably in 3 rooms on generous and comfortable beds (min. 90x200). All bedrooms are darkened, so that the rooms can be darkened if necessary for small children and children in summer. The whole house is equipped inside with night light, so that small and large guests always find the toilet or the refrigerator.

The bedroom
In the spacious bedroom with a designer bed and the dimensions 200x200 pure relaxation is announced. For families there is an optional baby changing unit in the bedroom and a baby travel cot can be provided on request.

The children's room
In the colourful children's room, two people can sleep comfortably on stacking beds with slatted frames. And with toys and a children's kitchen, even a rainy day can be entertaining.

The guest room
The comfortable day bed not only invites guests to rest for lunch, but also transforms into two full beds for adults in no time at all.

Bath
The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a large washbasin and two taps. In addition to the toilet, the bathtub can be used to recover from long walks across the mudflats.

Workplace
For those who need to work on their diary or laptop in peace and quiet, there is a workstation on the upper floor. E-mails can also be written or answered there via W-LAN in the entire building.

The kitchen
With two kitchen units there is enough space in the large kitchen to prepare food for 6 persons. The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, caffisimo and electric kettle as well as microwave. The shower

Bookings
The holiday house for 6 persons is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.
The house can only be booked for at least 7 days or longer in the high season.
Arrival can take place on any weekday.
In season B and C a minimum booking of 4 days in a row is necessary.

Handover of keys
On arrival day you can move into the house around 15:00 o'clock. Shortly before you will receive - by SMS - the code with which you enter the house.

Waste separation
Please pay attention to the rules of waste separation in Eiderstedt.

Departure
For weekend departures, the house must be vacated around 10:00 am. For departures during the week, the house must be vacated around 11:00 a.m.. On departure, the house must be properly locked and the keys returned to the key safe.

Good condition on departure
Please leave the house in good condition, all dishes have been washed, the dishwasher has been emptied and all garbage has been disposed of in the garbage cans. If the house is unusually dirty or the dishwasher is not emptied, we reserve the right to charge 45 € per hour or part thereof for additional work.
