In the garden there is a garden pavilion from where you can enjoy the view over the sea. Quiet location and direct neighbour to Rø Golf Courses. Close to Helligdomsklipperne (famous cliffs) and lovely Gudhjem, a real gem with small restaurants, cafes and shops. By ferry you can reach Christiansø from here.

    “Das Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert, phantastische Lage, sehr ruhige Umgebung und auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in den nächsten Orten, Mobilität ist allerdings erforderlich.

    Sehr unangenehm war die Sauberkeit. Unter den Betten der oberen Etage lagen dicke Staubflocken, die Rückseiten der Nachtschränkchen waren überzogen mit Spinnweben, die Balkonmöbel in der oberen Etage waren voll mit Schmutz und meine Frau musste das Innere des Pavillon im Garten, der sehr gemütlich und einladend ist, erst einmal von Massen an toten Insekten befreien, er hat seit Monaten keine Reinigung erfahren. Der Grill war voll mit Asche und lange Zeit nicht gereinigt; wir haben ihn deshalb auch nicht benutzt. Das haben das wunderschöne Grundstück und auch die Nachmieter nicht verdient. Bei Endreinigung durch die Gäste sollte von Dancenter auch kontrolliert werden.

    Trotz dieser Unsauberkeit werden wir in dieses Haus wiederkommen; hier kann man sehr gut Urlaub machen.”

    “Insgesamt ein schönes Ferienhaus, guter Blick auf die Ostsee, also empfehlenswert. Wir vergeben aus folgenden Gründen keine Bewertung mit "sehr empfehlenswert": sehr nahe Lage an einer Straße, kleine Schönheitsreparaturen am Haus (innen und außen) wären notwendig. So hat sich z.B. am Durchgang Küche/ Wohnzimmer kurz über dem Fußboden die Tapete gelöst. Dringend: die Dusche bedarf einer professionellen Reinigung; der Duschvorhang sollte umgehend ausgetauscht werden (Schimmelbildung vorhanden).”

    “Ein nettes, gemütliches Ferienhaus. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher und CD-Player sind vorhanden. Geräumige, vernünftig eingerichtete Küche. Freundliche, helle Räume, ein mit Hecken umwachsender Garten, so dass Kinder und Hunde nicht so schnell auf die Straße laufen. Sehr ruhig. Die Nachbarn sind in jede Richtung mindestens 500 m weit entfernt.
    Das Haus liegt ca. 1 km von dem Kunstmuseum und den Klippen entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir keinen Bäcker und kein Lebensmittelgeschäft gefunden.”
