Auf einem schönen, großen Grundstück mit Ausblick zum Bottnafjord steht dieses wohnliche Haus. Hier kann man seine Ferientage in komfortabler Umgebung verbringen und Kinder sich an der gr. Rasenfläche für Spiel und Spaß und einem kl. Spielhäuschen erfreuen.
Nur 80 m vom Haus liegt ein kleinere Strandlinie mit Felsen. Etwa 800 m zum nächsten Badeufer mit u.a. Steg, Badeleiter, ebenen Felsen und Toiletten. Der Angler der Familie kann für das Abendessen sorgen, denn es beißen hier Lachs, Makrele und Dorsch an. Ein Boot kann ca. 20 km vom Haus angemietet werden. Zurück im Haus können Sie an kühleren Abenden einige der Kamine im Haus nutzen. Kleinerer Geschirrspüler. Eine Wendeltreppe führt vom Wohnraum hinunter in die Kelleretage, wo Waschküche, Bad, Sauna und Billardzimmer untergebracht sind. Es stehen 25 deutsche TV-Programme zur Auswahl. Klimaanlage (bzw. Wärmepumpe) im Haus. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen, gemäß Pkt. 3.5. unserer AGB.

Ausflüge per Auto entlang der Küste zu den zahlreichen hübschen Ortschaften, sowohl im Norden als auch im Süden, sind zu empfehlen. Am dichtesten dran liegt Bovallstrand, hier findet man u.a. Geschäfte, Fischhändler, Pizzeria und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Zudem Strandbad mit Toiletten am Ort.

    “Top ausgestattetes, gepflegtes Haus in guter, naturnaher Lage. Nicht billig, aber seinen Preis wert (zumindest in der Nebensaison). Sachlich umfassende, perfekte Erläuterung der vielfältigen Ausstattungsdetails wie Kamin, Sauna, Spül- und Waschmaschine. Mit Englisch kommt man gut zurecht, der Vermieter spricht sogar etwas deutsch. Schlüsselübergabe klappte durch persönliche Anwesenheit des Vermieters (der 90 km entfernt wohnt) perfekt.”
