Elia Villa is a spacious 160 sq.m. property consisting of two separate buildings, each with its unique charm. This villa offers a private swimming pool and is located in the Paleokastro area, just on the outskirts of Heraklion city, the capital of Crete Island. While it belongs to the small Elia Villas complex, it features its individual entrance, providing a sense of privacy. The complex also includes 3 one-bedroom maisonettes without swimming pools and 2 two-bedroom maisonettes, each with a small private pool.



As you enter the complex, you'll find a small snack bar that offers beverages to its clients, making it a convenient spot for enjoying refreshments.



Both buildings of the villa have an open-plan living room on the ground floor with a satellite TV, a dining area, and a comfortable sofa that can accommodate an extra person. In both buildings, an internal staircase leads to a double bed bedroom. In one of the buildings, there is an additional bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds. Each building features two modern bathrooms for your convenience. The villa also boasts a modern open-plan, fully equipped kitchen.



Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool and a BBQ area, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation.



Elia Villa is conveniently located just 600 meters from the beach and the local seaside taverns. Palaiokastro offers a mini-market, and there is a frequent bus schedule to the nearby tourist resort of Agia Pelagia and to Heraklion city, where you'll find a wide range of facilities and attractions to enhance your stay.
